Start your year intentionally. This one-day retreat provides the opportunity to pause, reflect, learn, and grow while connecting with a small group of people who share your goal for a balanced and happy 2027. The day will include gentle yoga, guided reflection, a healthy catered lunch, new year goal and wellness habit setting, and a CRAFTS horsemanship experience. Expect a real experience hosted in a cozy barn setting.
